About us
Maison Ruffet, a new gastronomic restaurant in Pau, is a tribute to Chez Ruffet, an important step in the career of our chef consultant Stéphane Carrade, where he obtained his first two Michelin stars.
Our chef Christophe Canati and his kitchen brigade offer our customers local flavors based on inspiring Gascon influences, in the image of Simin Palay, a Gascon poet who advocated and defended Béarn values.
